On 25 April, the first visitors will be welcomed to the Vodafone PLAYzone Arena, a multifunctional esports centre covering more than 1,000 m2, in Prague's Westfield Chodov shopping centre. Visitors, not only esports fans, can watch the most interesting competitions right at the bar, play on nearly 60 gaming computers or try out high-end gaming simulators and virtual reality. It will be unique in the Czech Republic in terms of its size and range of leisure activities. The project is backed by the Prima Group, whose investment in the arena has amounted to tens of millions of crowns. The titular partner of the project is Vodafone.
