Disruption is an interesting word. It can be considered a good thing: when Uber disrupted the taxi industry, consumers benefited from cheaper fares and faster service. Sometimes disruption is not so good: when a supplier exits the market, customers are left in an uncomfortable position.
Such is the case with Nuance. Their announced sale of their print management and document capture solutions (known also as Equitrac), to Kofax, has put an uncomfortable disruption in the market. If print services are a critical function in the business, why is this happening, who will service and support these solutions, and for Pete’s sake, when will the solution finally be truly integrated!?
Our Customer First approach has great meaning within Y Soft so when we heard about this, our first inclination was to offer some comfort to these businesses. Our marketing folks suggested offering a comfort blanket. So, we are!
If you are a current Nuance/Equitrac administrator in the U.S. and want to hear about a great (dare we say, better) alternative that is fully integrated, contact us using the form below. We’ll schedule a call to discuss the YSoft SafeQ Workflow Solutions Platform and we’ll send you a nice comforting wool blanket.
Yes, that’s right. The first 100 qualified businesses who receive a presentation from us will receive a comfort blanket. Details are below.
