Weinhold Legal provided legal assistance to KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe, active in the field of office solutions for more than 26 years, in connection with the acquisition of its Czech partner Janus spol. s r.o. Janus focuses exclusively on distribution sales, technical support and design of printing solutions for laser printers, digital copiers, multifunctional and large format KYOCERA devices in the Czech Republic. It is also an official authorized importer and distributor for the Czech Republic of the whole range of laser printers, digital copiers, multifunction and large format KYOCERA devices.
