Weinhold Legal provided legal assistance to the seller, Momentum, in connection with the sale of Jansen Display group, the leading Czech manufacturer of promotional display hardware and signage systems, to the US company Sign-Zone, LLC. Jansen Display Group turnover last year amounted to 470 million Czech Crowns and revenues were over 27 million Czech Crowns. Sign-Zone is a leading display manufacturer in the North American market. Sign-Zone and Jansen Display are members of the financial group Pfingsten.
