Weinhold Legal provided full legal support to ETAREA Invenium in its acquisition of a 100% stake in Pactio DB, from the Pactio Invest group. Pactio DB is the owner of 33 commercial non-residential units in the center of Dolní Břežany.
ETAREA Invenium is a professional player in the real estate market and the acquisition of Pactio DB was carried out through its group company Corso Břežany.
