Weinhold Legal provided legal advisory services to WLSCo INVESTMENT cooperating with one of the leading domestic suppliers of natural gas and electricity on the acquisition of 100% of shares in FONERGY s.r.o., in particular, in the area of merger clearance by the Office for the Protection of Competition and M&A advisory services. The merger takes place in the field of natural gas and electricity supply.
