White & Case advises Raiffeisenbank on financing for Nusle Lofty

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Raiffeisenbank a.s. on the financing for the refurbishment of the historical Prague brewery building known as “Nuselský Pivovar” located in Prague 4, a residential project of Penta Real Estate.
White & Case partner Jan Linda, who led the Firm's deal team, said: “We have advised on the financing of this exclusive project, which is creating unique living spaces steeped in industrial heritage. The financing was particularly complex due to the need for integration with the existing financing of Phase 1 of the project, but our team successfully navigated the challenges.”
