TENDER MANAGER / water networks

To support the growth in the Czech Republic of the water treatment and networks division of a large international group, we are looking for their new TENDER MANAGER.
Your main responsibilities:
-Based in the Prague office, you lead and supervise the tender department
-You organise and coordinate the work of technicians and engineers to answer about 6 tenders per month for both the public and the industrial sectors
-You report directly to the foreign Managing Director
Your profile:
- You have an Engineer degree in the construction sector
- You have experience as a Tender Manager or a Project Manager, ideally in the water treatment or water network sector
- You speak fluent Czech and can communicate in English
- -You are very well-organised, systematic and precise
- You have excellent planning and coordination skills and abilities to motivate people
- You can use Excel very well
