Chief Operation Officer
Our Client is an established and growing financial services firm, operating in 4-5 ctrys in CE, who are now looking for a Group COO. Our client also has further expansion plans. You would be a member of the senior mgmt team.
Key Duties:
- Manage operations over 5 existing countries
- Manage development of business processes / corporate governance
- Development of HR programmes
- Drive efficiency of operations with new IS/IT development
- Product development
- Planning for new country launches
- Part of senior management team
Your Profile:
- You should have at least 7/8 years experience within operations field
- Experience in banking/financial services is desired (but not essential)
- Business process orientated
- Leadership
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to relate well at all levels / good cultural awareness
- Very good English is needed
