Onboarding Specialist with fluent English
For our client, significant international company with its SSC based in Prague and a market leader in its field, we are seeking suitable candidates for a position of HR Onboarding Specialist with fluent English.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for organization of trainings of newcomers (both virtual and in person) and development of relationships with relevant stakeholders. He/She will actively look for new sources of training materials and improve established processes in order to maximize effectiveness and achieve smooth work flow.
The right candidate should have University´s degree in Economy/Human Resources or in an appropriate field. The SSC background would be a huge plus, experience with virtual delivery of information is a must. We are looking for a structured person, who is able to work independently and enjoys helping employees to develop themselves. Fluency in English is highly required as well as detail orientation and advanced knowledge of Excel.
