We are currently looking for an ambitious candidate to become a new JUNIOR CONSULTANT and join one of our successfully growing teams.
Main responsibilities will cover identifying, approaching and interviewing suitable candidates on the market, presenting their profiles to attract various customers, organizing client interviews and providing constructive feedbacks to both parties.
You will be in charge of developing relationships with clients and candidates and responsible for developing new business opportunities.
We are looking for an inquisitive individual, who is ambitious and ready to experience new business challenges.
The suitable candidate should meet following criteria:
• very good presentation and selling skills
• positive and pro-active approach
• target oriented open-minded personality eager to drive the business
• fluency in both Czech and English
• excellent communication skills
