Basic job description and targets:
• Promote and sell actively the programs and services
• Acquisition of potential students
• Meet the admissions =sales targets as set annually for both Undergraduate and Graduate programs
• Motivate and lead the admissions (sales) team towards the achievement of the recruitment targets
• Ensure admissions are fully aware of all program offerings
• Exchange information with relevant Department Heads
• Improve efficiency across all aspects of the sales cycle
• Ensure professional working relationships with other departments
• Encourage, train and emphasise importance of the recruitment to all departments
• Attend education fairs, school visits and conferences where necessary
• Collect information of the competitors and inform admissions coordinators
Requirements:
We are looking for experienced sales person (ideally in education or services) with university degree, warm approach, experience with leading people and fluent English. Suitable candidate should be open-minded, motivated, full of drive, willing to travel.
