MANAGERIAL POSITION IN FMCG SECTOR

Our client is international FMCG company who is currently looking for suitable candidate on position of Group Key Account Manager. He/she will be responsible for leading multifunctional team of 5 people, supporting them and developing their skills, delivering of the business for assigned group of key account customers with team, maintaining relationship with key account customers and their KPIs accountability, joint business planning and negotiation with KA.
We are looking for candidate with university level of education, fluent English speaker with previous experience on KAM/sales position (Modern Trade) minimum of 5 years and experience with managing and leading people. The suitable candidate has to have high level of negotiation skills and customer relationship management and people management skills. We are seeking stress resistant team player with great time management and planning.
