For our client, pharmaceutical company with well-known products, we are looking for strong candidate, with experience in the position of Tender Manager (in hospital sector).
Requirements:
* University degree is an advantage
* 3 years of experience as KAM within Hospital business in CZ
* Tender management experience is a must
* Very good communication and negotiation skills
* Results oriented person
* Team player
* Very good in English
* Willingness to travel – driving license B
Location: West part of the Czech Republic-Bohemia
Key responsibilities:
* Management of key customers in CZ (hospital segment)
* Prepare tenders and built a commercial position
* Working closely with Sales teams to reach tender objectives, providing them with the appropriate information
* Implementing the marketing strategy
* Responsible for developing sales and increasing business
* Monitoring of sales and competitors
* Reporting to Sales Manager
* Meeting with hospital managements, key doctors and pharmacists and decision makers
