Major responsibilities and tasks:
• Responsibility for seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position in Czech and for 9 further countries
• Screening applicants in the HR communication sources like LinkedIN, Facebook, Jobs, Monster and placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using job sites
• Making the first contact to suitable candidates, checking profiles & CVs and doing screening interviews
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites
• Hand over suitable candidates for further evaluation to HRBP and HR Managers in respective countries in the region
• Supporting HR Business Partner CZ&SK in in day-to-day operations
Your profile:
• Minimum 2-3 years on HR related position (Staffing/Recruitment experience), service/B2B sector preferable
• Related University degree or completed vocational education
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
• Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards
• Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data
• Mining and internet research
• Advanced organizational and communication skills
• Self-driven and independent personality, but also a team player
• Very good English & German (oral and written)
