HELPDESK ANALYST WITH ENGLISH AND FRENCH
For an international company we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Helpdesk Analyst with English and French.
As a helpdesk analyst you will ensure that all requests for IT department are precisely logged, identified and resolved in time and in proper way. The daily agenda includes applying and following stated standards, processing request for IT clerks and maintaining log entries. He/she will search previous documentation in order to find a proper solutions to calls.
The successful candidate must be customer oriented and time flexible. Advanced knowledge of English and French is required. We are preferably looking for person with IT background who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills and can be a helpful part of a dynamic team.
