While working on this position, your main tasks will include transition of business functions and other relevant processes, management of development of applications, interfaces and other functionalities, execution of complex cut overs and system integration. Furthermore, you will be leading cross-functional team and cooperating with both Global Governance Team and Global Deployment Lead. The role may also require occasional travelling.
As an ideal candidate, you should have a university education and at least 15 years of PMO and change management experience, including experience in large strategic projects and with complete transitions within Business Services Sector, preferably in various areas. You should also be an independent decision-maker with leading, problem solving and negotiation skills, be able to deliver high-quality solutions, as well as have a solid understanding of IT systems and applications, such as SAP and JDE ERPS. Fluent English is a must.
