For our client, on of the world´s fastest growing software companies, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Technical Support with German
On this position you will be responsible for customer support for ERP products, you will response to incoming call and determine the nature of the customer´s issues. You will resolve most frequently asked questions via phone and e-mail and you will maintain accurate data.
The ideal candidate has university degree in Technical or related field, experience in ERP is a big advantage. We are seeking for a customer focused person with excellent English and German! Very good PC and analytical skills are also required.
