The successful candidate will provide excellent customer care, deal with customer claims and orders on daily basis. He/She will be in touch with all important stakeholders in order to make sure issues are identified, tracked and resolved. The candidate as an important part of professional Customer Service should be able to monitor and manage KPIs.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Shared Service Centre especially with Customer Care. He/She should strongly focus on customer needs. Knowledge of SAP and Excel knowledge is an advantage. The candidate must be detail oriented and have great communication skills. Fluent knowledge of German and English is a must.
