Description:
• Responsibility for the day-to-day running of IT support matters in our Prague office with ca. 90 users.
• Supervision of one junior local Infrastructure resource including goal settings and mid/end year performance reviews.
• Responsibility for local IT Infrastructure incl. servers, laptops, workstations, network and voice equipment and mobile devices.
• Ensure end user support is managed to Service Level Agreements and local user satisfaction via the corporate Help desk Ticket system:
• Resolve issues within direct area of responsibility
• Report other issues to regional/global teams and follow up on resolution
• Provide limited application support, i. e. user credentials management, sign-off of application enhancements, assistance in troubleshooting of local client related issues.
• Physical Security including but not limited to IT Infrastructure matters
• Participate as IT subject matter expert in local and regional projects.
• Provide technology consultation to local management and business users.
• Contribute to the overall company effort in continuous process improvement, including support of CIP project.
• Ensure alignment with corporate directives and Security policies.
Required experience:
• Minimum Five (5) years of IT support experience.
• Working experience in a multinational environment.
• Broad knowledge of IT operations practices, designs, methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
• Ability to run a team and perform with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of constituencies is essential
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people is desired
