Responsibilities:
Providing customer support
Resolving incidents & requests sometimes in liaison with third party software vendors.
Assisting the Project Team to support and manage the Dynamics AX 2012 solution including incident resolution and request management including access control.
Contribute to the technical Change Advisory Board specific to Dynamics AX.
Proviiding application support also to other ERP solutions, Oracle Hyperion, some internal systems
Involved in knowledge transfer and training around the Dynamics AX solution and focused on service delivery colleagues
Work with the problem management team to resolve issues
Working to an agreed Shift Pattern to ensure core business hours (8am-6pm Mon-Fri) are covered.
Requirements
Ideally 3 years experience delivering Applications Support in a corporate environment.
Experience working in a structured ITIL based service delivery framework and/or within a Project based team.
Fluent English (min. B2)
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion (EPM) system.
Knowledge of NAV (Microsoft Navision) system.
Experience with Microsoft SQL databases (SSRS, SSAS).
Understanding of business finance & accounting proecdures.
Working knowledge of ITIL. Qualified to degree level.
Knowledge of SharePoint.
French or German language speaker would be useful.

Completely customer focused.
Must be willing to travel and occasionally stay away from home as and when required.
