On this position, you will be responsible for supervising the R2R team, setting targets, finding business opportunities and improving the processes and employees’ performance. Other tasks include knowledge transitions across the company, responsibility for processes such as CCA analysis and other financial and accounting functions, analysis and evaluation of reports, financial closings and other ad hoc tasks.
As an ideal candidate, you should be a communicative person with 1+ year experience with leading team and at least 3 years of experience in General ledger department within SSC. In addition, you should be able to think analytically and solve problems efficiently. Fluent proficiency in English as well as advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office is a must.
