While working on this position, you will be in charge of Cash Collection and Credit Management team and your responsibilities will include an improvement of operations, motivation and development of team members, implementation of Global Credit Model. It is also required to maintain relationships with business partners, review receivables reports and manage country-related payments and collection requirements. Other tasks are preparation of audit data, calculation of debt reserves and credit limits, analysis of financial statements, evaluation of credit risk, setting credit limits, reporting, cooperating and supporting other departments and other ad hoc tasks.
As an ideal candidate, you should be a communicative person with excellent negotiation skills who has at least 4+ years of experience in the field of Credit and Collections within SSC environment and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. It is also necessary to have a strong command of accounting tools as well as of information systems such as Oracle or SAP. Fluency in English is a must. If you have an Accounting qualification, experience with leading a team and you speak French or German, it is an advantage.
