EXPERIENCE AS TRADE MARKETING MANAGER IS ESSENTIAL
Our client, international FMCG company, is looking for experienced Trade Marketing Manager (Leader) who will be responsible for the following competencies:
• creation of marketing strategy for given market,
• planning and coordination of trade marketing activities,
• preparation of proposals of pricing,
• cooperation with marketing and sales department,
• active searching for the best business opportunities within sales,
• cooperation of new product launches,
• developing of POS Materials to support the brand awareness,
• managing and evaluation of trade promotions,
• identification and creation of opportunities of growth,
• leadership of people and responsibility for their development.
We require candidate with University level of education, fluent English skills, previous experience on similar position in trade marketing in FMCG for at least 4-6 years and previous experience with leadership min 1-2 years. Right candidate should be strongly detail and goal oriented with analytical thinking, team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills . Driving license and willingness to travel is a condition.
