Responsibilities:
- Coordination of strategic projects, managing their implementation in terms of timing, costs and resources
- Drive large and complex projects observing, Company Standards, Methodologies, Processes and Tools, delivering in compliance with on-budget, on-time, on quality constraints
- Planning and controlling of resources based on utilization and foreseen projects
- Overall responsibility of team performance and drive to succeed
- Identification of new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments and building up evolution drafts and addressing new proposals
Requirements:
- Experience in Banking, Program/Project Management (certifications are a plus)
- Knowledge of IT and System Integration
- Strong DWH experience is a must (SAS knowledge is an advantage)
- Expertise in banking processes; understanding about other disciplines and know-how on cross impacts
- Experience in managing complex IT projects, applying different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, …)
- Experience in change management processes, capability to manage relationships, negotiation skills
- Capable to operate in a complex environment where different stakeholders have to be coordinated
- Capability to set up project plans, project teams, to deliver projects complying with budget, time and quality constraints
- Capability to identify risks and conflicts, monitor and manage them
- Ability to report to higher management and represent the unit - Strong people and performance management experience
- Ability to bring previous experience to the team
- Ability to travel for shorter periods
- English fluent, Czech/Slovak native
