An internationally known real-estate company is currently looking for the right candidate for a position of Regional Financial Reporting Specialist.
You will be responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting – P&L, CAPEX, balance sheet, tax reports for three countries within the group. You will also assist within forecasting and budgeting. In addition the agenda covers also communication with lawyers and auditors.
The candidate should have minimum 2 years from international company (preferably Big 4), knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS and excellent English. We are looking for well-organized, communicative and proactive candidate.
