CONTROLLING/REPORTING SPECIALIST

An international real-estate company is currently looking for the right candidate for a position of CONTROLLING/REPORTING SPECIALIST.
You will be responsible at this role for regular IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting and portfolio analysis. You will also present the results to management and take care of reporting to HQ abroad. Ad hoc analysis and reporting including variances explanation are also in the agenda.
An ideal candidate should have similar experience (approx. 2 years) – preferably from Big 4 companies. Good knowledge of IFRS, very good English and expertise in MS Excel are essential. We are looking for analytical and organized candidate, who is also communicative.
