For our client – international retail developer – we are currently looking for an experienced Asset Manager, who will take care of retail Assets in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
As an Asset Manager you will be responsible for the performance of assets in company portfolio through active management of properties in accordance with the portfolio strategy, for value growth of the property and cash flow, creating business plan and budget of the assigned properties, introducing the changes and investment ideas, optimising cash flow distribution through tenant management, managing value growth through optimising rental income via proper tenant selection, managing potential extension and redevelopment possibilities, making analysis of performance and leading negotiation with tenants. This position requires travelling across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
An ideal candidate will have University degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management. You should be flexible, dynamic, open minded, reliable, full of energy and able to work internationally.
