For our client we are looking for Technical Leader for realizations parts of the big international projects in oil & gas industry, power plants, etc.
Place of work: Bratislava
* Technical Leader is responsible for the right technology solution to customer needs in terms of technical performance, quality, costs and times and
* Specifies the technical solution according to customer requirements in connection with the offer
* Validates the technical choices throughout the project and compliance of the final solution
* Directly controls the technical teams consisting of Design Engineers (internal or external, in France or abroad) or through Design Leaders
* Provides the necessary reporting to the PM and / or instances of the Project

Requirements for the employee:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Specialisation, field: technical, electrotechnical
Language skills: English – advanced
Personality requirements and skills:
* good technical experience on electrical distribution min 5 years
* able to understand customer needs, manage design implementation for different segments
* technical project management experience in international projects with multiple technical aspects based on electrical energy distribution (LV to HV design & construction, Automation & control systems, renewable, power generation, standard power generation)
* leadership, good communication skill, team management and subcontractors management
* understanding of the project risks in a complex contractual schemes (consortium, subcontracting, 3rd party consultant) for building the best assessment & technical project organization
* Language: fluent English
* traveling: depending on the project demand (max 30% )
