While working on this position, you will be in charge of planning and coordination of transition processes within EMEA region, your responsibilities will also include the management of new projects, validation of roll-out plans as well as team couching. It is also required to evaluate gaps and back solution discovery in order to achieve a best result. Other tasks are action plans definition, key stakeholders identification and implementation of transition issues.
As an ideal candidate, you should be a communicative person with excellent negotiation skills who has at least 10+ years of experience in the field of Business Process Outsourcing and advanced knowledge of Project Management. It is also necessary to have a strong command of IT system as well as of SAP, ARIBA, JDE. Fluency in Business English is a must. We are seeking a professional who is familiar with people management and is able to lead international team.
