Researcher

For our client – booming investment company – we are currently looking for experienced Researcher, who will join their team in Prague, will be in day to day contact with transaction and asset department and will be reporting directly do Head of Research located in United Kingdom.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Market Research
• Main sector coverage: Office/Retail/Industrial
• Geographic coverage: CEE (mainly Poland, Czech Republic, but also Austria, Hungary, Romania)
• Market monitoring and forecasting of key real estate occupier, investment and capital markets
• Reporting of market developments for internal/external publications, presentations and client reporting

Investment Strategies
• Development of market appropriate investment strategies with regard to cyclical market developments
• Contribution to develop investor related strategies (together with Investor Services, Country Management or Portfolio/Fund Management)

Transaction Services
• Asset specific market research for acquisitions/dispositions including composition of unbiased commercial due diligence reports (Risk role)
• Asset specific underwriting for rent growth projection and exit yield assumption

Asset Management Services
• Contribution to fund/portfolio-reporting (Macro market and/or asset level)
• Contribution to Hold/Sell-Analysis
• Contribution to Budgeting/Mid-term planning (Fair-market-value forecast, ERV forecast)

Investor Services
• Attending periodic/non-periodic client meetings
• Contribution to investor pitches and capital raising initiatives


An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Real Estate sector (research, investment, capital markets, acquisition, asset, analysis), fluent Czech and English, extensive analytical skills, can do attitude, friendly and open minded personality.
