Field Sales Manager

For our client, international FMCG company oriented to food products we are looking for experienced sales leader, who will be responsible for:
- Building TT distribution channel and good relationship with clients and distributors
- Leading, motivation and development of the team (AM and SR) towards achieving the overall Sales team goals
- Realization of the volume and contribution targets of Key Customers mostly in TT through team of AM and Sales Representatives
- Being a driving force of proposals and action in the overall sales team performance improvement
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy in line with the plan in order to achieve targets and maximize distribution of product portfolio
- Contribution to other sales activities (forecasting, leaflet planning, competition monitoring etc.)
Basic requirements:
We are looking for ideal candidate with University degree or high school education and relevant long-term experience in FMCG at least 3-5 years (on similar position); someone who has proven experience with leadership at least 4-5 years, knowledge of wholesales and local customers of the traditional trade market, very good communication skills, communicative English.
