While working on this position, you will be responsible for receiving calls and complaints and logging all quires into the system. You will be in daily contact with customer and handle their problems over the phone. The successful candidate will provide an excellent Customer Care and be in charge of finding the solutions to the customers´ issues in a proper way.
The ideal candidate should be customer oriented and enjoy communicating with customer over the phone. The advanced knowledge of French and communicative level of English is a must. We are looking for a person who pays attention to detail and has problem solving skills.
