Key tasks include:
• Commercially develop the business by implementing the online marketing levers
o SEA : SEM and SEO
o Newsletter in link with the CRM animation plan
o Partnership with local e-Commerce players
• Set together with the Central Europe Commerce & Czech Republic Retail teams the commercial action plan;
• Partnering with creative team to craft and deploy marketing communications;
• Developing CRM campaigns
• Monitoring and reporting on all aspects of digital marketing performance; contributing to omni-channel marketing calendar including website updates, emails, and store events;
• Monitor and optimize marketing initiatives, report on success ; track and follow up on deployment.
• Propose website functional upgrades
• Guaranty the quality of the Sephora Czech Republic on line purchasing experience
• Manage the e-Merchandising Manager and follow up call center activities
• Managing to a pre-established marketing budget
• Settings KPIS to ensure proper ROI
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2-3 years with a first experience in e-Commerce ;
- 4+ years of relevant business experience ;
- Knowledge of beauty products is a plus;
- English language – advanced level; French is welcome
- Management ability;
- Extensive knowledge in use of PowerPoint and good knowledge in Excel;
- Good project management, organization and communication skills ;
- Proven ability to work across functional areas and work as a team ;
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
- Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented ;
- Highly organized and detail oriented ;
