Free calls to all networks for Twist users for one week

A new campaign will focus on the unlimited all-net Twist neomezeně síť nesíť bundle.One week of free calls to all networks with the first order of a bundle. The offer is valid during the campaign period between 1 September and 31 October 2015.
In its new campaign, T-Mobile will focus also on customers using prepaid Twist services and enable them to make free unlimited calls for one week. All Twist customers need to do is activate for the first time the Twist neomezeně síť nesíť(“Unlimited Twist Regardless of the Network”) bundle in the period between 1 September and 31 October 2015.
The operator currently offers users of prepaid Twist voice cards three unlimited calling bundles:
- Twist neomezeně v síti 19–7 (“Unlimited Twist within the Network 7pm-7am”),
- Twist neomezeně v síti (“Unlimited Twist within the Network”) and
- Twist neomezeně síť nesíť (“Unlimited Twist Regardless of the Network”).
The last of the above-mentioned bundles, which offers unlimited calls to all networks in the Czech Republic, will be the focal point of the campaign prepared for September and October. This is the most popular of the three bundles, accounting for nearly 70% of all activations. “We want to remind our Twist customers of the benefits of the unlimitedTwist neomezeně síť nesíť bundle and offer them a possibility to try it for free,” says Tomáš Ryšavý, Vice President Residential Segment at T-Mobile.
During the campaign, every T-Mobile customer using a prepaid voice card will have an opportunity to use this bundle free of charge for one week. The offer applies to the first activation of the bundle, which must be made in the period between 1 September and 31 October 2015. Customers can order the bundle by sending a text message with TWISTNEOMEZENE A to 4603, by calling the Customer Centre or by visiting the My T-Mobile self-service portal or any T-Mobile shop. After one week the bundle will be automatically extended for the standard price of CZK 139/week unless cancelled by the customer (by sending a text message with TWISTNEOMEZENE D to 4603 or by visiting the My T-Mobile portal).
