For our client an international telco/retail company we are looking for a skilled PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST.
Location: Brno
Process Improvement Specialist/Project Manager Requirements:
• Through process simplification and optimization deliver the efficiency savings of 1mil CZK p.a.
• Be a continuous improvement pioneer and change agent to challenge process status quo and drive process excellence
• Facilitate cross-functional LEAN / process improvement workshop to gain a clarity and insight into process handover points and opportunities in waste elimination
• Work with process owners and business process analysts to identify and eliminate waste in end-to-end processes
• Take full ownership over a project from start (project charter) to end (delivery of results)
• Build effective working relationship with teams involved in LEAN workshops and promote LEAN culture within organization.
Outline of Key Competences:
• 3+ years of experience in process re-engineering (preferably in service environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Leadership potential and natural authority
• Excellent analytical skills with focus on ROI development for projects
• Proven track of project management experience
• Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
