The candidate will be responsible for Order to Cash department, , evolve and establish the main policy of O2C as well as develop the key relationships with stakeholders. Also you will be in charge of implementation of new processes, process improvement and optimization as well as participate on transitions, communication with other SSCs of the company and many other challenging tasks. The candidate will be responsible for holding monthly meetings and inform subordinates about performance of Shared Service Centre.
The ideal candidate must have at least Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting and professional qualification as ACCA or CIMA or CPA and at least 8 years of experience with Order to Cash processes within SSC environment. Excellent understanding of Cash application and Cash collection processes is highly needed. He/She should be more than familiar with practical use of US GAAP and IFRS. We are seeking for strategic thinker, motivated and skilled candidate, who has brilliant communication and managerial skills and is able to act promptly and independently within an international team. The perfect knowledge of Czech and English is a must.
