Your main responsibilities will be managing the operations and maintenance of a portfolio of retail units, remodelling and reconstruction of the stores, managing the fit-outs during expansion, building relationship with landlords and property owners, dealing the conditions of contracts with landlords and managing expansion - new stores openings.
An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in retail, experience in facility management / project management / fit outs / expansion. You should have an extensive communication and negotiation skills and passion for retail. English and Czech is a MUST.
