Development and Facility Manager

For our client – international fancy retail company – we are currently looking for an experienced DEVELOPMENT AND FACILITY MANAGER, who will join their Prague team and will be able to start on the 1st of January 2016.

Your main responsibilities will be managing the operations and maintenance of a portfolio of retail units, remodelling and reconstruction of the stores, managing the fit-outs during expansion, building relationship with landlords and property owners, dealing the conditions of contracts with landlords and managing expansion - new stores openings.

An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in retail, experience in facility management / project management / fit outs / expansion. You should have an extensive communication and negotiation skills and passion for retail. English and Czech is a MUST.
