Job description: - Order management - cooperation with internal contacts and external customers for on-time delivery - logistic support. - Receiving, managing and resolving customer enquiries concerning products, product availability, general information. - Database work, cooperation with other teams
We require:
- High school/University education
- Experience in customer service an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, communicative ENGLISH
