SALES DIRECTOR
RSM TACOMA is a leading Czech consulting company belonging to the independent consulting network RSM International. RSM TACOMA provides services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, valuation, tax, trust services, accounting and payroll. Under the name TACOMA, the company has been operating since 1993.
RSM TACOMA is offering a new open vacancy of SALES DIRECTOR.
Job Description:
• Development, implementation and coordination of the business strategy in the region of RSM network, especially in the CEE region
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Support and management of specialized managers in business development
• Professional business training, setting up of sales target and evaluation of business opportunities
• Conducting of selected business meetings, consultations, networking
• Preparation of offers and commercial contracts
• Managing the marketing and sales department
Required profile:
• University degree (major in economics / management / trade)
• Min. 5 years of experience in services (outsourcing, consulting, financial or trust services, or banking)
• Proven results in business development
• Experience in leading and motivating sales team, setting up of business goals
• Advanced knowledge of English and another European language (German language is an advantage), fluent Czech language
• Analytical thinking
• Independence, initiative, enthusiastic and optimistic approach to work
• Diligence, responsibility
