Job description:
• Provide client care on daily basis to selected accounts via the phone
• Cross-selling to existing clients and partners, develop key relationships within client portfolio
• Set up effective sales activities to spread company’s name on the market
• Consulting client’s needs and requirements to offer matching products/services
• Cooperation with other departments (marketing, sales support)
• Meet the assigned targets on monthly basis
• Record all important data into internal CRM system, maintain all business related data to assigned partners are up-to-date
Expected experience and skills:
• Proven track record in sales, ideally on same/similar position in IT or telco sector
• Previous experience working with Partners/Vendor
• Excellence in communication and negotiation
• Fluency in French is a must, English on a very good level
• Understanding of IT market
• Proficient PC user, MS Office
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Able to prioritise, pro-active personality and self-motivated
