Department Finance Head

The Finance Head is responsible for the area of field force effectiveness, financial forecasting, planning, reporting and all finance related issues of the Unit/Department.
Requirements:
* University degree in economics, business or related field
* Significant working experience in budgeting and business controlling (6-8 years)
* Experience in pharmaceutical segment is an advantage
* Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
* Excellent analytical, logical skills and perspective thinking
* Strong communication skills, customer oriented
* Precise, result oriented
* Experience from international company and multicultural environment
* Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
Responsibility:
* Financial forecasting and reporting related to Business Unit
* Budget process preparation, field force effectiveness, sales and data analyses
* Competitor gap analysis, market predictions and financial plans
* Provide support on all cluster level budget and business review preparations
* Planning and implementing market research projects with product managers and Region Europe/Global
* Management reporting, - ensuring accuracy for Business Unit financial results and supporting decision making
