Responsibilities:
• Should be able to perform preliminary as well as final phase of audits; preliminary audit includes assessing the effectiveness of entity's control environment, final one - being able to apply different substantive procedures of audit methodologies
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and assess clients' satisfaction
• Perform audits in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP
• Proactively maintain contact with the client throughout the year
• Direct fieldwork daily, inform managers and partners of the engagement status, and manage staff performance

Personality requirements and skills:
• Completed university education (Mgr., Ing.)
• Fluent English essential
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an auditor for an accounting firm or other appropriate business/industry experience
• Knowledge of Slovak accounting standards and IFRS
• Project management skills
• Advanced PC skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Initiative, enthusiasm, willingness to work hard

• ACCA study – in progress is an advantage
• Any additional European languages (especially German), is a plus
