Main Job role:
- Take care of the whole category of non-food brands
- Lead team of 4 people (responsible for their own brands)
- Analyse market trends and competitors activities
- Develop the annual Category and Brand plans (and P&L’s) in full synergy with the long term plan
- Know and enrich consumer insight on the brands
- Optimize and follow budget allocation
Basic requirements:
Ideal candidate must have min. 5 years of experience as brand manager in FMCG market, fluent English, strong consumer understanding, leadership and management experience, very strong analytical and quantitative skills.
