For our successful client, an international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for the right candidate for a position of M&A Manager.
At this position you will be independently responsible for establishing acquisition strategy, which will include searching for potential companies for acquisitions processes, providing due diligence, valuation and post-acquisition integration across the European Region.
The suitable candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience at a similar position. Advanced level of English is necessary as well as strong analytical and strategy thinking. We are looking for an independent candidate, who will be also open to travel within the region.
Our Client offers a very interesting and challenging job in an international environment with offices in Prague. Attractive salary and bonuses are provided as well.
