An international company that is not only really well-established on the Czech market but also further expanding its portfolio is currently looking to recruit an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager. The company manages a vast portfolio of industrial and logistics premises for which they need a skilled and knowledgeable project manager to see over the fit out projects, potential refurbishments and other civil work tasks.
The current situation on the real estate market is seeing an unparalleled boom in the area of industrial and logistics development. Our client strives to support their tenants with bests possible services and is, thus, strengthening the construction department. As a Project Manager you will be mainly responsible for conducting the fit out assignments and occasionally be involved in other construction tasks as well. You will be expected to see over the project from the planning stage, through managing third party service providers up to successful handover. Throughout the whole process you will cooperate with finance, leasing and asses team liaising with company guidelines and procedures.
To be able to successfully manage this role, the client requires about 5 years of previous track record either in fitout project management whether this would come from commercial / retail or industrial backgrounds. University degree in civil construction is preferred, yet not an utmost must. However, the ability to negotiate in both Czech and English language seem to be an absolute necessity and candidates missing this prerequisite cannot be considered further. Pro-client approach, independence, task-orientation and ability to adopt to a corporate and international environment should constitute an indivisible part of your personality.
