Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Economics
• Min 2 years' experience in purchasing (negotiation with providers, evaluating of contracts, analysing price proposals, monitoring suppliers), advantage Travel management
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Motivation to improve processes, positive and proactive attitude
• Very good knowledge of English - spoken and written
• Advantage is knowledge of SAP
Key responsibilities:
• Take care of purchasing groups travel management (conferences, events, flight tickets, hotels, taxi services etc.)
• Administrate internal purchasing systems - Prepare purchase orders and handle all administrative (SAP, CRM)
• Take responsibility of Travel management, organize regional calls, represent region at the Global Travel Conference
• Research and evaluate suppliers and offers based on price, payment terms, quality, service, support, availability, reliability etc.
• Negotiate and administer contracts' conditions with suppliers; evaluate and monitor contract performance
• Cooperate with the Procurement departments in the region
