HR Services Manager with experience from SSC environment for new project in Prague

For our international client operating it´s SSC in Prague, we are currently looking for a right candidate to join in newly establishing department as HR Services Manager with English.
Your new role
The suitable candidate will be responsible for all aspects of payroll operations, benefits and HR system management. The main responsibilities will be to propose strategies for following improvement in employee services and deploy and set up system requirements same as a supervise payroll process, procedures and finance requires regarding payroll payments. While working on this position you will also develop custom reports, recognize trainings needs of end users and provides them the necessary trainings.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you have a university degree, the necessity is at least 5 years of experience in multi-state payroll agenda, the candidate should be familiar with currently standards in payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate should have an experience in system implementations and acquisitions and managerial experience. Due to the manager role you must be very strong in communication with people and be able to develop and train your colleagues and set new activities. We are looking for motivated candidate who is able to work in dynamic environment, has good organizational skills and can speak fluently English. The advantage is if you have previous experience with SSC environmental.
