What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you should have customer orientation with ability to make good customer relations. Fluent English and Finnish is a must. Previous experience in IT or Customer Service
related fields is an advantage.
You should be a person that is able to work independently as well as in the team, you should have very good communication skills and strong drive to solve problem.
