Expert service speed optimization

Our client, global telco group, is currently seeking suitable candidate for the position of Expert service speed optimization. This role is within newly established international department of Service Integration & Optimization, which integrates and optimizes mobile and convergent products and networks focusing on customer experience.
Your tasks:
- With your detailed technical knowhow in at least one major technology domain and a good understanding of other domains along the e2e service chain you optimize the performance of mobile and fixed line services in our networks. In particular you
- Optimize mobile and fixed networks in EU for best possible performance.
- Measure the performance of mass market internet services from end customer point of view.
- Analyze the results and protocol traces from all technology domains to identify bottlenecks and optimization potential.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with our partners and stakeholders in the EU markets.
- Provide superiors with required information and report in timely and effective manner.
Your profile:
- We expect 2-4 years of working experience and candidates with technical college or university degree within mobile communications industry.
- Very good TCP/IP knowhow and of the latest services, technologies and protocols in the internet.
- Good understanding of 3G and 4G networks, architectures and technologies.
- Practical experience in using tracing equipment for TCP/IP and RN layer 2&3 protocols.
- You can convey technical topics comprehensively to your colleagues and non-technical partners or stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge and practice in programming / scripting test automation and data analysis solutions would be a nice add-on.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Czech.
